Our warehouse, workshop, offices, showroom, and training center are located in Ede, right in the middle of The Netherland (45 minutes from Amsterdam Airport, 60 minutes from the port of Rotterdam and 20 minutes from the border with Germany). In our warehouse we hold stock of all standard -86C freezers, accessories and spare-parts. This way we are always able to support every customer in a fast way (lead times between 1 to 10 working days).
In our workshop we have a temperature-controlled test room where we test EVERY single freezer or freeze-dryer according a very strict test protocol before we ship them out to our customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Every delivery includes a copy of the filled in test report. Additional features, such as water cooled refrigeration systems, CO2 back-up systems or independent monitoring systems are build into the freezers in our workshop. Our technical team has a very long cooperation with the ilShin factory that started more than 20 year ago.
Our offices are located in the same facility as our warehouse and workshop, our experienced staff takes cares of purchase, sales, customer support, service, finance and marketing.
The showroom allows us to demonstrate our products and organize training sessions for our customers and our partners in our distribution network. This can be done in our facility or online.
We strongly believe in TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More), this means we invest in our distribution network. In every country we opt for single channel distribution by a partner that is trained to advise the customers in the right way, to get the best performance out of our products and in case of technical questions or malfunctions they are able to support the customers in a fast and professional way.
