The easy-to-clean interior, the antimicrobial grip with opening mechanism, and the intuitive menu navigation ensure comfortable operation. Minimal temperature fluctuations guarantee the quality of sensitive substances. Min/Max temperatures are continuously recorded and can be read from the display up to 42 days later. In case of a malfunction, the +2° SafetyDevice prevents stored products from freezing.
