This spray dryer is designed to produce fine particles in the range of 40 to 100 µm – a size typically very difficult to achieve on a laboratory scale. It is especially suitable for pilot plant pre-testing, experiments with costly or limited samples, micro-capture spray drying research, and as an alternative to traditional lab drying methods.
