GB210-A Spraydryer

The GB210-A is a compact spray dryer that easily produces powder on a laboratory scale. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, from pilot plant pre-testing to routine drying processes in general laboratory settings.

This spray dryer is ideal for processing heat-sensitive samples. Heat is applied briefly and indirectly, allowing delicate substances to be safely dried into fine powder. The final product is contaminant-free, with minimal residual moisture and no oxidation.

Thanks to direct drying from a solution or suspension, no additional steps such as filtration, separation, or milling are needed. Samples containing organic solvents can also be safely processed when connected to the optional Solvent Recovery Unit GAS410.
